Order;

Shipping;
If you have a contracted cargo here or if you make an agreement with a cargo company from Turkey, we leave your packages to your contracted cargo
If you do not have cargo, we direct you to the cargo companies we work with or offer you our contracted prices, according to your preference. We provide the shipment of packages according to your preference.
We inform you with videos and photos before sending the package. Our goal is to get what you want, or what you see in the photo.
Post–cargo support;
As you know, there may be problems from time to time in international cargoes. Our responsibility is to deliver the package to the cargo, give you the tracking number and deliver it to your country‘s customs. It is completely out of our responsibility if the package cannot be delivered due to problems that may occur at the customs of your country, tax incursion, wrong name, wrong address, wrong phone, etc., or if the package is lost in the cargo outside of Turkey.
Return processes;
Return processes Products that do not have any defects are not returned. However, in the products that have been sent abroad and reached our business partner, no matter how careful we are, defective, incomplete or wrong products are gone. Getting these products back is both difficult and costly. For this reason, we can decide together on the path to be followed by contacting us, and we can choose a re–shipping, discount or another solution.
